Responsibilities

  • Execute daily administrative workflows underpinning active contracts, procurement plans, and supplier tracking reports.
  • Facilitate invoice verification by generating system Call-Offs and raising formal Service Entries against approved contractor proforma invoices.
  • Maintain the department's centralized contractual database, ensuring precise entry of material expediting statuses and supplier details.
  • Organize, index, and archive physical and digital contract records, variation logs, and commercial instruments.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance factors impacting the localized procurement cycle and provide cost control tracking support.
  • Develop and update database.
  • Arrange contract documents and proforma invoices.
  • Provide Management with contract administration and cost control tools.
  • Groom younger staff for higher responsibilities and to provide for succession

Qualifications

  • The Contract Admin shall hold at least a Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Must have adequate training or experience related to well operations or intervention oil and gas
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in both office and field supervisory roles.

Certifications:

  • Valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) for field operations.
  • CCMP (Certified Contract Management Practitioner) or related certifications.

Professional certification in Contract Management, Procurement, or related discipline is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering and contracting processes. Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
