Key Responsibilities

Support the Company's legal and regulatory. compliance framework by monitoring obligations, maintaining compliance controls and records, coordinating compliance reviews, and promoting ethical and policy-compliant conduct across WAEP's upstream operationsian laws, regulations and Company controls.

  • Assist with investigations and fact-finding exercises involving potential policy or compliance breaches while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-12 years' relevant compliance, legal, audit, risk or governance experience, preferably within oil and gas or another regulated industry.
