We are seeking a dependable and professional Company Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of personnel, goods, and other items as required. You will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by adhering to schedules, maintaining vehicles, and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport employees, clients, or goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance, including fueling, cleaning, and reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods or luggage as required.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate schedules and assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles responsibly and efficiently.
  • Basic mechanical understanding to identify and report vehicle issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with google maps and other navigation technologies.
  • Certification in defensive driving or safety training.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
