  • Identify and secure at least two B2B collaborations monthly that can create access to quality realtors, buyers or business opportunities.
  • Coordinate realtor trainings, meetings, property inspections and networking activities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Media, Accounting, Tech and other departments to resolve partner concerns and improve the sales experience.
  • Collate commission requests and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Track community growth, active partners, trainings, events, sales and partner performance.
  • Celebrate partner wins, milestones and achievements to strengthen retention and engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly community reports.
  • Continuously develop strategies to attract experienced realtors who can sell high-value properties.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in community management, real estate sales, business development, relationship management, customer success or a related field.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and business development ability.
  • Comfortable speaking with and approaching established professionals.
  • Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
  • Ability to host events, trainings and networking sessions.
  • Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with social media and AI tools for sales and marketing support.
