Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and interpret technical drawings, designs, and construction plans.
  • Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to determine project requirements.
  • Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve design and construction issues on site.
  • Manage project resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety policies on all project sites.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high construction standards.
  • Support project documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction/engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
