Work with the Engineering/Maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor generator, electricity, fuel, water, and utility consumption. Ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues affecting guests and hotel operations. Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient use of resources. PROCUREMENT & INVENTORY CONTROL Ensure procurement is carried out in accordance with approved procedures. Review supplier performance, pricing, quality, and delivery. Ensure proper approval and documentation of purchases. Monitor hotel inventory, including food, beverages, linen, amenities, cleaning materials, and operating supplies. Work with Finance and departmental heads to reduce wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary costs. Maintain good relationships with key suppliers and vendors. COMPLIANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE Ensure compliance with applicable hospitality, health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
