Job Description

  • NOBZO is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead market expansion, business development, and field growth across Ibadan.
  • The role will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, expanding NOBZO's customer and partner network, and leading the Relationship Management team to achieve acquisition, revenue, and retention objectives.
  • The successful candidate will oversee territory planning, stakeholder engagement, field performance, partnership development, and business development reporting while collaborating with other functions to drive sustainable market growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in business development, field sales, territory management, or a related function.
  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales, business development, or relationship management team.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving acquisition, revenue, or growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of territory planning, market expansion, and stakeholder management.
  • Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • Strong knowledge of Ibadan's commercial areas, markets, communities, and transportation routes.
  • Experience in fintech, technology, FMCG, telecommunications, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage.
  • A valid means of transportation for field activities is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in Yoruba is an advantage.
