Job Description
As part of the development of our activities in Nigeria, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager Recruiter to support our clients, consultants and internal teams.
The role will work closely with the Account Manager and Business Development Manager.
The ideal candidate will be primarily Talent Acquisition focused, while demonstrating strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple activities from client request through to consultant deployment and assignment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Source, identify and assess suitable consultants in response to client requirements.
Review CVs and coordinate candidate submissions to clients.
Maintain regular communication with consultants throughout the recruitment and assignment process.
Coordinate consultant onboarding, contracts, amendments and required documentation.
Follow up on assignment status and client feedback.
Support consultant mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
Work closely with HR, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth consultant deployment.
Maintain accurate consultant and project information in the company's systems.
Account Management & Client Support:
Support the Account Manager and Business Development Manager in managing and developing existing client accounts.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, bids and commercial proposals.
Support client referencing and framework contract activities.
Build strong working relationships with clients and consultants.
Prepare cost and calculation sheets in coordination with the Account Manager/Business Development Manager.
Support negotiations with consultants and clients as required.
Assist with the preparation of consultant and client contracts and amendments.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive, organized and commercially aware professional with a strong interest in recruitment and client management.
The ideal candidate should have:
2 - 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, manpower services, account management, technical staffing or a similar role.
Experience within Oil & Gas, Power, Engineering, EPC or another technical/industrial environment is an advantage.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening and coordination skills.
Good client-facing and relationship-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of the Nigerian market and relevant industry sectors.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills, initiative and attention to detail.
