About the role

• The Business Development & Marketing Officer role combines responsibilities focused on supporting business development, marketing, and communication activities.
• The position entails identifying new business opportunities, client acquisition, supporting partnerships, promoting the organization's services, managing campaigns, and fostering client engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Support client acquisition, proposals and partnership development.
• Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
• Support market and competitor analysis.
• Support pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with marketing, managed-care and clinical functions.
• Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
• Support brand management and service-promotion activities.
• Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media.
• Support events, client engagement and outreach.
• Support market research and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with business-development and managed-care functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related discipline.
• Completion of NYSC or valid exemption is required.
• Experience in business development, sales, client-facing roles, marketing, communications, or related fields. Experience in healthcare, HMO, or services environments is advantageous.
