‎Key Responsibilities

• ‎Drive revenue across fine dining, private events, and corporate catering.
• ‎Execute cold calling and direct outreach to corporate organisations and high-net-worth clients.
• ‎Manage brand image and marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• ‎Build strong relationships with corporate clients and VIPs.
• ‎Identify upselling opportunities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• ‎Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• ‎Prepare reports and insights on sales and marketing performance.

‎Requirements

• ‎Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university.
• ‎Minimum 3 years' proven experience in Business Development, preferably in hospitality or luxury services.
• ‎Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• ‎Good understanding of fine dining operations and guest experience management.
• ‎Experience in physical activations and digital/social media marketing.
• ‎Excellent written and spoken English.
• ‎Resilient, target-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
