The Bursar is responsible for the overall financial management, accounting, budgeting and financial reporting of the school. The Bursar ensures prudent management of school funds, timely collection of fees, payroll, and compliance with financial regulations.

  • Responsible for preparation of school invoices
  • Collection and prompt school fees debt recovery
  • Track outstanding bills and follow up with Parents Professionally
  • Issue Receipts and maintain the fees database and advise management on fee defaulters
  • Manage income and expenditure of the school
  • Prepare annual budget and financial forecast
  • Oversee Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
  • Prepare PAYE, Pension and NSITF
  • Advise Management on school planning and savings
  • Maintain inventory of school assets and stock

Requirements

  • Mature and experienced candidates only
  • Personable in appearance with good public image
  • Intelligent with a high level of integrity and honesty, with the ability to work independently
  • Firm, polite, with excellent communication skills
  • Must reside within the school environment
  • BSC/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as Bursar/Accountant in a reputable School
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks and strong use of office Technologies
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure

Job Purpose The Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of all school supplies, materials, equipment, and inventory at Noble Hall Leadership Academy for Girls. The role ensures that stock is properly managed, safeguarded, and readily available to support the smooth operation of the school's academic and administrative activities. Key Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies, materials, and equipment against delivery notes and purchase orders. Maintain accurate stock records, bin cards, and inventory registers (manual and/or electronic). Issue materials to departments strictly based on approved requisitions and authorisations. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organisation of all items to prevent damage, loss, or misuse. Conduct regular stock counts and periodic audits; report discrepancies promptly.
