Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Support administrative operations, including logistics and office coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining administrative records and documentation.
  • Support travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Assist with asset and inventory tracking.
  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
  • Provide general administrative support to program teams.

Minimum Recruitment Standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A first degree or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
