We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant with relevant experience in the Asset Management/Investment Management industry to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant accounting experience, preferably within an Asset Management, Investment Management, Fund Management, or Capital Market environment.
  • Practical understanding of investment accounting, portfolio transactions, NAV, and financial reporting.
  • Good knowledge of SEC regulatory reporting requirements applicable to Asset Management firms.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
  • ACA/ACCA qualification or progress toward professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/financial management software.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet regulatory and reporting deadlines with minimal supervision.
