POSITION OVERVIEW

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, and analytical Account Officer to join our Finance & Accounting team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raising of all pay advice and debit notesAttachment of LPO, GRN and stamping the invoice for supply chain and FA,s approval.
  • Recording and sending all pay advice to the central accountComputation of landing costs in excel
  • Digitizing all documents and filling
  • Other designated responsiblities

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strictly for OND holders
  • 0 - 2 years of experience
  • Resides around Ikeja and axis
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, strong numerical accuracy

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards in Nigeria. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving organizational change. Proficiency in financial software; advanced Excel skills required.

About the Role The Account Officer will support the firm's financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring transactions, managing receivables and payables, and supporting financial reporting and controls.
