Role summary

  • The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship day-to-day once a deal is signed.
  • This role translates client briefs into actionable project plans, coordinates delivery across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Creator Partnership, and Comms, and ensures every campaign whether advertising, influencer, social, or ads-led is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships
  • Translate client briefs into actionable project plans and creative/campaign scopes, coordinating delivery across internal teams
  • Oversee the Influencer Marketing Specialist and Social Media Specialist on assigned accounts, ensuring campaign execution aligns with client goals
  • Manage account budgets, timelines, and scope, flagging risks and scope creep proactively
  • Prepare and present campaign reporting, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews to clients
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts across the agency's service lines
  • Resolve client issues quickly and maintain high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Maintain clear documentation of account status, deliverables, approvals, and feedback loops

Requirements & qualifications

  • 2-4+ years in account management, client services, or project management, ideally at a creative, marketing, or influencer/social media agency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and cross-functional creative teams
  • Data-literate, able to interpret campaign performance and translate it for clients
  • Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and tight deadlines.
