Key Duties & Responsibilities

Teach Pharmacy Units allocated by the Head of Department.

Design, develop, plan, and deliver programmes of study, including new courses.

Deliver highquality lectures and practical sessions.

Assess student performance through examinations, OSCEs, coursework, and practical evaluations.

Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and clinical placements.

Review pharmacy course content and materials regularly, updating when required.

Collaborate with colleagues on course development, curriculum changes, and research activities.

Carry out research and write research grant proposals.

Seek and participate in consultancies.

Disseminate research findings at conferences, symposiums, and webinars.

Provide mentorship and career guidance to students and staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or detailed in the job description.Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or Medicinal Chemistry from an accredited/recognized university.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited/recognized university.

At least three (3) years of postqualification work experience.
