Key Responsibilities
Provide procedural and technical support to staff in finance and budget compliance.
Monitor monthly expenditure forecasts and prepare expenditure reports.
Monitor subimprest bank and petty cash accounts to ensure adequate funds.
Verify vendor claims, advances, and receivables; ensure timely supplier payments.
Compile information for reports on budgets, accounting, finance, and statistics.
Retrieve, format, and validate information from financial systems; follow up on discrepancies.
Monitor account balances and process transactions accurately to avoid overdrafts.
Maintain webbased register for invoices and payment transfers.
Record and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
Provide guidance and onthejob training to support staff. Desired Experience

Experience collecting, monitoring, and analyzing financial data and reporting to senior management. Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Membership in a professional accountancy body (advantage).
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in Finance and Accounting.
Experience in Public Accounting (advantage).
