Key Responsibilities
Lead development and prioritization of WHH’s Big Bets opportunity funnel
Establish governance, decisionmaking criteria, processes, and tools
Coordinate crossfunctional teams to identify and develop opportunities
Translate opportunities into coalitions, funds, PPPs, or ventures with actionable investment plans
Map and engage communities, funders, investors, regulators, and technology providers
Develop tailored partnership and capital mobilization strategies with WHH units and Country Offices
Build coalitions and align public, philanthropic, and private capital
Use compelling narratives, convenings, campaigns, and pitches to secure anchor partners
Strengthen WHH’s role as a thought leader in investment partnerships
Build and share organizational knowledge on trends, breakthroughs, and bottlenecks
Foster a growth mindset and champion curiosity, courage, creativity, and collaborationQualifications & Profile
Qualifications & Profile
Strong track record in establishing ventures, partnerships, or influential programs in international cooperation
Crossfunctional (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});experience across programs, innovation, policy, partnerships, investment, and business development
Competence in pitching, partnership development, leadership, and strategic thinking
Understanding of sector trends in nutrition, climate, food, WASH, and humanitarian systems
Excellent knowledge of funding and investment dynamics (ODA, public/private investment, philanthropy)
Ability to work effectively in fastpaced, multistakeholder environments
Strong network with donors and organizations in food, WASH, climate resilience, and nutrition
Experience in fragile/conflictaffected settings and managing highvalue programs an asset
Awareness of data’s growing value and eagerness to adopt datainformed approaches
