Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and develop the Global Admin HUB team in Nairobi
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of HUB team members
Manage daily HUB operations and provide supervision and guidance
Ensure timely, efficient, and highquality service delivery per SLAs
Support phased transition and integration of processes into the HUB
Act as liaison between HUB, Country Offices, and Head Office
Coordinate resolution of operational issues with HUB teams and stakeholders
Ensure compliance and quality assurance across HUBmanaged processes
Drive continuous improvement and adapt processes in line with WHH’s digital transformation
Contribute as a key stakeholder in the ZAMI Core Team, sharing risks, lessons learned, and supporting implementation
Coordinate documentation and exchange of lessons learned and good practicesQualifications & Profile
Qualifications & Profile
University (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});or technical college degree in a relevant field
2–5 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally in Global South countries
Experience coordinating operational processes; financial project processing an advantage
Strong leadership and people management skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, solutionoriented working style with sound decisionmaking
Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills
Awareness of data’s growing value and eagerness to adopt datainformed approaches
