Role Purpose

Operate, monitor and support maintenance of producing wells and associated wellhead systems to ensure safe, reliable and efficient production while maintaining well integrity and compliance with operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wellheads, Christmas trees, flowlines and associated production equipment.
• Carry out routine wellhead inspections, pressure monitoring, valve function checks and leak detection. Support well start-up, shut-in, reinstatement, testing and production optimization activities.
• Assist with well intervention, integrity remediation and pressure-testing activities under approved procedures.
• Monitor annulus pressures and abnormal well conditions and promptly escalate deviations.
• Support hydraulic/pneumatic well control systems, SSV/SCSSV interfaces and emergency shutdown testing.
• Execute activities under PTW, isolation, JSA, toolbox- talk and SIMOPS requirements.
• Compliance with applicable procedures, controls. and regulatory requirements
• Effective management of operational/commercial risks
• Stakeholder responsiveness and coordination
• Maintain accurate well status, pressure, maintenance and handover records.
• Coordinate with Control Room, Production, Wells, Mechanical and Instrument teams.
• Participate in emergency response drills and maintain high standards of offshore HSE compliance.
• Contribution to cost, reliability, revenue or Qualifications & Experience performance improvement as applicable

Requiremennt

• HND/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Production Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum 8-12 years' relevant upstream production/well operations experience, preferably offshore.
• Valid offshore medical, BOSIET/HUET and relevant well- control/H2S certifications are desirable.
