Well Operations Superintendent At Marquise Energy Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice during pre-qualification and tender evaluation.
• Ensure contractor/supplier selection meets technical and organizational standards.
• Deliver timely and accurate requirements for all services and materials.
• Report any technical or economic variations during drilling execution, proposing changes as needed. Operational Coordination
• Coordinate activities among OERNL and contractor units.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions and control drilling activities.
• Participate as a member of the emergency task force in case of blowouts or other major emergencies.
• Acquire and capitalize on drilling technology knowledge.
• Review simultaneous completion and production procedures for optimization.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering or another relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience:

• Mininum of 10 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience.
• 10 years of Well drilling, completions and intervention experience.

Tranining Basic Courses:

• Basic H2S Required,
• Fire Fighting (Advanced),
• First Aid (Advanced)
• Well Control Training (IWCF Level 4)
• Use of Portable Gas Monitors
• Permit to Work
• Hazard Recognition
• Well intervention course Subsurface & Reservoir basic course

Training Certifies Courses:

• HUET
• BOSIET
• HSE Level 1, 2, and 3
• NEBOSH IGC
• Authorised Gas TesterCertifications
• IWCF (International Well Control Forum) or IADC Well Cap Level 4 certification.
