Well Engineering Advisor At Estymol Oil Services

Role Summary:

Serves as the principal technical authority for complex well engineering designs, troubleshooting high-risk operations, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve well programs, conduct technical risk assessments, and drive technology adoption and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive experience in well design and operations.
• Recognized technical expertise in complex drilling environments (e.g., deepwater, HPHT, extended-reach).
• Exceptional mentoring and cross-functional communication abilities.
