Weighbridge And Invoicing Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the weighbridge and accurately record vehicle gross, tare, and net weights.
• Verify vehicle details, delivery notes, and dispatch documents.
• Prepare accurate customer invoices based on approved quantities and prices.
• Ensure dispatched goods match weighbridge records and approved orders.
• Maintain accurate records of weighbridge tickets, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Prepare daily weighbridge and invoicing reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Security, and Finance departments.
• Report weight discrepancies, invoicing errors, and unauthorized dispatches.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper documentation.

Qualification and Skills

• Certificate or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic computer skills and numerical accuracy.
• Experience in invoicing or weighbridge operations is an added advantage.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
