  • Ejovi Offshore Limited is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage stores, inventory, and materials flow in support of our marine and offshore operations. The ideal candidate understands TM Master and how stock moves through its procurement and inventory workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, spares, and consumables
  • Process goods receipts and stock issues in TM Master against requisitions and purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate stock records and carry out periodic stock counts and reconciliations
  • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests
  • Work with the procurement and logistics teams on deliveries, shipments, and vessel supplies
  • Prepare inventory and stock movement reports
  • Coordinate with vessel crews, technical teams, and shore-based personnel

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory management
  • Working knowledge of TM Master and its inventory, requisition, and purchasing workflow
  • Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Maritime, offshore, or industrial experience is an advantage
