Warehouse Manager (hinterland)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee warehouse sales and drive profitability.
• Ensure effective stock control and inventory management.
• Monitor and manage employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
• Promote excellent customer service and effective service delivery.
• Ensure productivity and profitability targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management or a related field (or committed to completing one).
• Relevant warehouse or retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and stock management processes.
• Experience in managing employees and warehouse operations.
• Computer literacy, including SAP and MS Office.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
