Warehouse & Fulfilment Manager At Aldelia Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and fulfilment operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts/reconciliations.
• Coordinate deliveries and transfers to boutiques and other business locations.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and security of inventory.
• Implement effective stock control and loss-prevention measures.
• Monitor warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Coordinate with Retail, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse staff, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, and fulfilment issues.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and stock movements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, fulfilment, or logistics management.
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and loss prevention.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and inter-location/boutique stock transfers.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or a multi-location business environment is an advantage.
