Responsibilities
Attend to guests professionally by welcoming them, providing menus, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar departments.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to service standards.
Have adequate knowledge of the menu, food ingredients, and available beverages to assist guests with recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations.
Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after guests finish their meals.
Attend to customer requests, enquiries, and complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
Ensure accurate order delivery and minimize mistakes, delays, and wastage during service.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Adhere strictly to company policies, departmental SOPs, hygiene standards, and management directives.
