The role supports the Rooftop Bar Manager in maintaining service excellence, maximizing revenue, controlling operational costs, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Bar Supervisor oversees daily bar activities, including beverage preparation and service, stock management, cash handling, staff supervision, guest relations, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
