Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities, and ensure accurate documentation
Collaborate with Regional Supervisor to inspect goods for quality and complianceCalculate Inventory Variances
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report variancesBranch Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness and order of the branch, including rotogals, drums, crates, displays, and weighing scales
Maintain a fresh, appealing, customerfriendly environmentCustomer Service
Weigh fish for client orders accurately upon request from Branch Captain
Provide efficient service to the Branch Sales Team for timely customer support
Verify payment for measured fish orders and record separatelyReporting
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and operational issues
Communicate relevant information to Regional Supervisor and collaborate on solutionsCollaboration & Communication
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues
Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless branch operationsAdherence to Standards
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma; certificate in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
