Ventures Officer - Partners

• Akpo Field in productions since 2009
• Egina Field in production since 2018
• Preowei Project under development as subsea tie-back to Egina FPSO
• OPL285 asset
• Any other assets for which Company is the operator or technical adviser

ACTIVITIES

Partners' Relations:

• Focal point, under PR management, for all communication between Company and EMO on the OPL285 asset
• Monitors of EMO's approvals & requests to/from NNPC, DPR and other Authorities with internal teams
• OPL 285 correspondence routing and follow up, prepare and participate in OPL 285 Governance meetings.
• Secondary focal point, under PR management, for all communication between Company and SAPETRO, CNOOC & Prime 130
• Supports PML 2/3/4 & PPL 261 Governance meeting processes: organization, minutes taking, resolution tracking, etc.
• Maintain a tracker of all requests from Partners, ensure follow up and close out of actions

ARAC and Interface Support:

• Collation and distribution of TUCN daily production and rig reports to NNPC, NUPRC and other Authorities

Administrative Services:

• Manage entity's IST needs in liaison with the IST department
• Ensure general housekeeping for the shared DW Asset Management drive and up-to-date access control.
• Liaise with GSR to manage the MS Teams portal for transmission of data to partners.
• Coordinate all missions and teambuilding events: Organize visas and logistics.
• Maintain and update HSE Pass report and issue same to the HSE team periodically

• Major operated asset, with very intricate contractual framework
• Complex multicultural partnership and demanding partners
• Several internal interfaces with technical and support entities

HSE CONTENT

• The service holder adheres to the H3SE rules
• "STOP CARD" to be kept on you at all times, and always look-out for any opportunity to use it
• Sets a personal example in adherence to affiliate's HSE procedures
• Maintains the means for personal protection and safety emergency procedures
• Conducts regular inspections and report any incidents (Anomaly, unsafe acts, near miss, damage, spill, injury, etc....)
• Notifies relevant staff on accidents, incidents and near-misses and initiating corrective actions
• ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Under the supervision of DGM Partner Relations, the service holder shall liaise with Company Partners on
• Operated Assets in order to ensure the smooth working of operations and compliance with applicable agreements.
• Responsible for timely issue of various reports, Minutes of Meetings, meeting invitations and other correspondences
• Keep tracker up to date in order to ensure proper follow-up of partners requests.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• B.SC or HND with minimum 2 - 3 years relevant experience.
• Computer literate: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be comfortable interacting with senior partners and government officials
• Flexibility and full dedication to the service are essential
• Proactive, very dynamic and active team player
