This role is an excellent fit for an experienced litigation professional who has sharp organizational instincts, strong judgment when priorities collide, and the confidence to take initiative without waiting to be told what comes next. You will communicate regularly with clients and team members while keeping work accurate, timely, and organized. If you are proactive, dependable, comfortable receiving direct feedback, and know how to move litigation matters forward, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution in a fully remote legal environment.
Monthly Compensation Range: $1,150 to $1,220 USD

Assist with new client onboarding and maintain accurate and organized client and case records.
Track and record billable time accurately and consistently.
Organize electronic client files, case records, legal correspondence, and supporting documentation.
Flag potential issues, missing information, and approaching deadlines early so they can be addressed before they become problems.
