An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join a motor dealership in Cape Town. Candidates must have Toyota dealership experience , strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. DUTIES: Manage and oversee the Used Vehicle Sales Department. Lead, motivate and support the vehicle sales team. Drive used vehicle sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Monitor sales performance and departmental profitability. Oversee daily sales operations and used vehicle stock. Assist Sales Executives with negotiations and closing deals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure excellent customer service and efficient dealership operations. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager experience within a motor dealership . Toyota dealership experience is essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
