Key Duties & Responsibilities
Drive total plant budgeting process and support management decisionmakingCost Management
Analyze and identify costsaving opportunities
Lead efficiency initiatives to maximize product marginsProduct Costing
Work with Plant Manager to ensure product cost competitiveness
Maintain accurate product costing in SAP (activity type and overhead rates updates)
Collaborate with Business Controller to develop competitive pricing strategiesInternal Controls
Ensure effective controls in revenue, expenditure, and inventory processes
Safeguard company assets through compliance with policiesInventory Management
Ensure optimum stockholding and sound inventory control systems
Develop monthly stocktaking and reconciliation procedures
Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptlyPlant Performance
Prepare timely and accurate plant reports, highlighting variances for corrective action
Support payables and receivables sections to ensure smooth supplier payment processingPeople Management
Identify gaps and build team capability
Conduct orientation, induction, and training of team members
Manage team performance weekly and monthly

Job Requirements
University degree in a businessrelated field
Qualified Accountant (CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent)
Handson SAP knowledge (CO, MM, PP), spreadsheets, and MS Office applications
5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with proven inventory and production process achievementsKey Competencies
