Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and adjust maintenance schedules for assigned jobs.
Conduct preventive and conditionbased maintenance of machines.
Troubleshoot electrical equipment and machine failures, prescribing corrective actions.
Ensure efficient machine operations during shift cover.
Inspect machine operations and record data (pressures, temperatures, power consumption, running hours).
Initiate purchase requisitions for spare parts.
Identify and report misuse of assets (machines, spares, tools).
Implement machine modifications and improvements to enhance efficiency.
Conduct maintenance checks on building structures and facilities.
Provide basic maintenance of plant utilities (generators, compressors).
Support maintenance of building and machines at the Central Support Office.Administrative Support
Coordinate daily tasks for electrical teams.
Ensure timely logging of work performed for planning and followup.
Review machine data and draft reports for decisionmaking.
Verify accuracy of job card data for performance tracking.PaTaMu & SHE Initiatives
Support SHE, ERM, 6K, PaTaMu, GMP/FSMS initiatives.
Manage and support SHE objectives in the electrical section.
Train AM team members and support operational efficiency projects.
Identify process challenges and apply PDCA to address bottlenecks.

Improve accountability of electrical team members through F2F discussions.
Ensure effective communication and administration of company policies.
Participate in conflict resolution and escalate chronic issues requiring urgent attention.Qualifications
Qualifications
BSc in Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance and electrical installations.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing company.
PLC and SCADA skills (advantageous).
Competence in troubleshooting, problemsolving, team building, planning, and decisionmaking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
