At least two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting and/or audit support.
Audit documentation and record management skills.
Financial documentation review skills.
Administrative coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and filing system management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Integrity and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Part II or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
Membership with ICPAK, IIAKenya, or other relevant professional body is an added advantage.Job Responsibilities

Assist auditors in collecting financial and operational data required for audit reviews.
Assist in preparation and formatting of audit reports and documentation.
Assist in scheduling audit engagements and coordinating communication with departments.
Maintain and organize audit documentation including working papers and audit reports.
Compile documentation and records required during audit engagements.
Ensure audit documentation is properly indexed and accessible.
Ensure proper filing and safe custody of audit records.
Maintain records of audit findings and followup actions.
Maintain registers of audit engagements and audit documentation.
Provide administrative support during internal audit engagements.
