Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers professionally and courteously Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable tyre and automotive solutions Prepare accurate quotations for tyres, batteries, wheel alignments, balancing, brakes, shocks, servicing, and related products Follow up on quotations to secure sales Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate Coordinate customer bookings and workshop appointments Liaise with workshop staff regarding customer requirements and vehicle progress Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently Process sales transactions and related documentation Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions Ensure the showroom and customer reception area remain neat and professional Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability targets Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Previous customer service or sales experience Automotive, tyre, parts, fitment centre, dealership, or service centre experience Computer literate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and manner Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Valid driver's license advantageous Motor Industry experience Essential!
