We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Tyre Service Supervisor Location: Kano Employment Type: Full-time Department: Service / Truck Force Job Summary We are seeking a Truck Force Supervisor with hands-on experience in tyre inspection, maintenance, and management, particularly for commercial trucks and buses. The successful candidate will supervise tyre service operations, evaluate tyre performance, and provide technical support to customers and the Sales team. Key Responsibilities Conduct wheel, fleet, and scrap tyre inspections to identify maintenance issues. Supervise tyre maintenance, tyre management, and Truck Force service activities. Train customers and their personnel on proper tyre care and maintenance. Evaluate tyre and product performance and recommend technical solutions. Provide technical support to the Sales team and report competitor activities and market trends. Lead the Truck Force team, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with safety standards. Requirements Grade B: 1–3 years of relevant experience Grade A: 4+ years of relevant experience Proven practical experience in tyre inspection, maintenance, management, or servicing. Experience in fleet tyre operations, commercial truck/bus tyre maintenance, or Truck Force operations is highly desirable. Candidates from tyre manufacturers, distributors, tyre service companies, or OTR/industrial tyre operations are encouraged to apply. Strong technical, communication, reporting, and team supervision skills. Salary Grade B: 1–3 years of relevant experience; N300,000–N360,000 gross monthly. Grade A: 4+ years of relevant experience; N360,000–N430,000 gross monthly.
