Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding order inquiries and delivery updates.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Liaise between the sales team and other departments (marketing, finance, logistics).
Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales agreements.
Manage requisitions for meetings, client sampling, and office supplies.
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
Document sales processes and administrative workflows for transparency.

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (within (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});12 months) of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools (advantage).
