We are seeking an accomplished Treasury Deputy to provide leadership across treasury accounting, financial governance, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives within a complex shared services environment. This is a senior finance appointment requiring a strong blend of technical treasury expertise, commercial acumen, and project leadership capability.Minimum Requirements
NQF Level 7 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
8-10 years' senior-level experience in Treasury, Finance, and/or Business Process Improvement
Proven experience within a Shared Services environment
Foreign Exchange Instruments
Borrowings and Debt Management
Interest Rate Swaps and Hedging Instruments
Advanced Excel and Data Analytics capabilities
Experience with Power BI, dashboard reporting, automation, and AI-driven tools
Project Management experience with a track record of delivering finance transformation initiatives
CA(SA) qualification will be highly advantageous
Exceptional analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a matrix organisation
Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
Demonstrated success leading complex projects and driving continuous improvement
High level of attention to detail, governance, and financial control
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
