Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Travel Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry, with proven experience in travel sales and/or business development. The candidate must have experience selling travel products and services and managing corporate clients.
Responsibilities
Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales
Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Lagos and surrounding markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Managing existing customers
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients
Debt Recovery
Requirements
HND / BSc in any discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the travel industry, with strong experience in sales/business development
Experience in a travel agency, tour company, airline, or hospitality sales role is required
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
Must be based & familiar with Lagos
Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Experience managing corporate/B2B clients is highly preferred
