Transport/Truck Parts Store Controller [Airport Industria, Cape Town] Western Cape, CPT - CBDR 18000 - R 20000 Basic Salary (Negotiable)Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Transport Parts Store Controller to oversee all aspects of the transport parts store operation based in Airport Industria, Cape Town The successful candidate will be responsible for stock control, inventory management, parts procurement, supplier liaison, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the stores department. A strong understanding of transport, fleet, or commercial vehicle parts is essential, along with experience in parts ordering and maintaining accurate stock levels. Key Responsibilities: Manage all transport parts store operations. Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of parts. Source and order transport and fleet-related parts from approved suppliers. Conduct regular stock counts and investigate variances. Process goods received and issued accurately. Ensure stores are organised, secure, and compliant with company procedures. Liaise with workshop, fleet, and procurement teams regarding parts requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to stock movements. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Store Controller, Parts Controller, or similar role. Strong knowledge of transport, fleet, truck, trailer, or commercial vehicle parts. Proven stock control and inventory management experience. Computer literacy with experience using stock management systems. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence. Package: R18 000 - R20 000 basic salary per month. Company benefits.
