Monitoring the Admin lady Process weekly service schedules for fleet. Monitor cameras on vehicles and weekly spot checks. Complete driver hours daily Capturing and monitoring the BBS scoring system. Compile and process driver trip sheets. Log breakdowns with service provider when required. Book truck services and repairs on fleet. Book driver training and performing system training when needed. Update and maintain driver and vehicle files. Complete documentation for border clearance when required. Process diesel and parking orders for drivers. Perform vehicle inspections. Assisting General Manager from time to time when needed. Safety, Health and Environmental Responsibilities Ensure that the company complies with National and Local Legislation as set out in Acts, Laws and Standards. Oversee and assist different contracts with regards to Company Policy, Best Practise and Customer Requirements. Inspections and Checks - Ensure all staff/visitors and contractors in the company comply with the various Policies and Procedures. Ensure that the company stays abreast of all new and updated Acts, Laws and Standards that can have an impact on the company and division. Engage with Safety Departments from various contracts to ensure all SHE requirements are met and maintained. Investigate all Incidents and Accidents within the required time frame and ensure reports are submitted to Management. PPE - checking of stock and ensuring that PPE is available on hand for issuing to staff. Monitoring of BBS (Behaviour Based Safety System) as well as all other safety and driver related monitoring's. Engaging with local Emergency Management Services and complying with requirements. Ensuring all on site safety equipment is functioning, serviced and checked. Random Job Observations and In Cab Monitoring of drivers as done. Ensuring all compliance training of drivers and admin staff are up to date and valid. Participating in all Site Audits (Internal or External) as well as Government Departments (DoL and DoT). Checking site security is in place, checked and monitored to ensure compliance.
