Transparency International Project Assistant Jobs in Kenya; The Project Assistant will support implementation of strategies and projects aligned with TIKenya’s strategic plan. This includes interventions focused on successful implementation of projects under the strategic focus area and any other programme where support may be requested. Under the supervision of the Programme Coordinator – PFM, the Project Assistant will perform the following tasks:Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and update planning documents for proposed and ongoing projects including workplans, budgets, project management plans, and outcome monitoring plans.

Prepare and submit activity plans such as concept notes, agendas, mission proposals, and training materials.

Manage logistics for programrelated events including workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Engage service providers, stakeholders, and participants in project activities.

Facilitate engagements during activities including venue preparations, registration, and session facilitation.

Conduct research and environmental scanning to inform project design and implementation.

Monitor project implementation timelines, targets, achievements, and reporting requirements.Partner Communication

Facilitate communication with programme stakeholders through emails, calls, and correspondence.

Maintain and share a contact list of project partners including donors, policy makers, civil society, and other stakeholders.

Foster effective internal communication within the programme team.

Assist in maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with partners.Reporting

Ensure timely submission of activity, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Ensure financial and narrative reports are submitted according to donor requirements.

Collaborate with (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});programme team members to generate timely narrative and financial reporting.Resource Mobilization & Budget Management

Support development of proposals and concepts for financial support.

Assist in developing fundraising strategies and sustainable revenue sources.

Map resource requirements for assigned projects.

Support in developing and tracking budgets, monitoring expenditures against budgets.Public Communication & Social Media Advocacy

Write publishable articles quarterly to promote advocacy plans.

Maintain an active social media presence aligned with TIKenya’s policy.

Support mainstream and social media engagements focusing on corruption issues.Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Political Science, Law, or related field).

Strong analytical and research skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of organization, initiative, and passion for good governance.
