Transaction Processing Officer (data Entry) At Prince O J Global Services Limited

Responsibilities

• Inputting raw data into computer system and database.
• Ensure accuracy and perform quality control checks to identify and reconcile discrepancies.
• Communicating with various branches, management and Depot Officer to clarify queries, obtain missing information and ensure proper data collection.
• Follow protocols to maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data, ensuring it is protected from unauthorised access.
• Identify and resolve problems related to data processing operations and computer system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have accounting background / knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal oriented mindset and a driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
