About the role The Training Manager will lead the global training agenda for BURN's Electric business, ensuring consistent, effective, and commercially relevant training across markets. Develop customer education tools that support successful onboarding, product adoption, and continued usage. Track training's impact on product usage, adoption, customer experience, and repayment performance where applicable. Use field performance and customer feedback to identify training gaps and improve content.
