About the Role Our client is seeking a professional Traffic & Resource Manager to coordinate agency workflow, resource allocation, and delivery schedules. This pivotal role bridges the gap between creative operations and commercial discipline, ensuring project profitability by monitoring budgets, time tracking, and resource utilisation across a multi-disciplinary digital environment. Key Responsibilities Traffic and Workflow Management: Manage the flow of briefs across creative, paid media, SEO, social, and development teams; ensure clear scope and deadlines are established before scheduling. Resource and Capacity Planning: Allocate work based on skill sets and availability, providing management with weekly capacity forecasts and identifying needs for freelance support. Systems Administration: Own the day-to-day controls within the agency's workflow management system, monitoring task ownership, statuses, and the accuracy of time entries. Finance Coordination: Partner with the Finance team to reconcile logged hours against client retainers and project budgets, flagging scope creep and potential cost overruns. Commercial Control: Provide time and capacity estimates for new quotations and project costing while monitoring external production allocations. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Account Managers to manage priorities and ensure visibility of approved scopes and monthly deliverables. Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on delivery, utilisation, and budget exceptions to support monthly financial reviews and process improvements. Requirements Approximately 4-6 years' relevant experience in traffic, resource, or agency operations management. Proven experience within a digital, advertising, or creative agency environment. Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple client accounts and cross-functional production teams. Confident use of workflow management systems and strong Excel/reporting capabilities. Practical understanding of billable hours, retainers, resource costing, project budgets, and scope control. Strong communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills. A relevant qualification in project management, operations, marketing, or business management is advantageous. What's on Offer Competitive market-related salary. Opportunity to work within a leading agency environment. Hybrid work arrangement. Collaborative team culture with exposure to diverse digital and creative departments.
