Responsibilities: Process and monitor daily financial transactions, including client billing and related documentation. Coordinate funding requests and drawdowns Monitor client accounts, credit facilities, outstanding balances and payment obligations. Maintain accurate financial spreadsheets, client records and supporting documentation. Liaise with internal finance and accounts teams Ensure monthly fees, interest and other client charges are accurately calculated and invoiced. Request and review regular client financial information Interpret financial information and assist with monitoring client exposures and account activity. Review and coordinate documentation relating to international trade, shipping and foreign exchange transactions. Assist with import costing, landed cost calculations and stock-related administration. Provide operational support to management and attend to client queries when required. Minimum requirements: Matric Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience Previous experience in trade finance, debtor finance, credit control, or general finance operations. Working in a trade or debtor finance department or banking environment. Highly Intermediate or advanced Excel skills Proficiency using MS Word, Outlook and Teams.
