Job Summary
Monitor loan repayments, track overdue accounts, locate delinquent borrowers, and execute recovery strategies through calls and field visits to minimize defaults and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Track repayment schedules to identify overdue and delinquent accounts.
Contact borrowers via calls, SMS, emails, and field visits to secure repayments.
Negotiate realistic repayment plans and follow up on payment commitments.
Maintain accurate recovery records and an updated database of overdue accounts.
Identify potential fraud and escalate high-risk cases to risk or legal teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery and delinquency trends.
Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3 years in debt recovery, collections, or loan monitoring within Fintech or Banking.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan management systems.
Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical reporting, and ability to handle difficult conversations. Attributes: Willingness to conduct field visits across Lagos and work with minimal supervision.
Salary N320,000 / month.
