Description
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to handle crane operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical competence, good judgement, and strict adherence to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Operate tower cranes safely to lift, move, and position construction materials.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and promptly report faults or maintenance needs.
Ensure lifting operations comply with approved load limits and safety regulations.
Coordinate with riggers, signalers, banksmen, and site supervisors while maintaining operational records.
Requirements
Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Trade Test Certificate) or formal crane operation training.
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience operating tower cranes, preferably on construction sites.
Good knowledge of lifting procedures, load limits, safety regulations, and lifting signals.
Relevant operating certification or licence, physical fitness, and strong safety awareness.
