Certifications: Microsoft 365 (e.g. MS-102), MikroTik (MTCNA or higher), Sophos Certified Engineer, CompTIA Network+ / Server+, or equivalent. Skills 3-5 years + experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and OneDrive administration and troubleshooting. Experience with MikroTik routers, Sophos firewalls and managed switching. A sound understanding of VLANs (tagged/untagged), routing, DHCP, DNS and LAN/WAN networking. Experience with Wi-Fi deployment and wireless point-to-point links. Strong Windows Server troubleshooting skills. Practical experience with physical server hardware, RAID and disk/controller faults. Experience with remote monitoring and management tools (e.g. VSA or similar).
